All products comply with relevant engineering requirements and Florida Building Code impact standards when specified.

3.1 Custom Products

Most FoldWindows products are custom-made, built to exact customer specifications.
Due to this, cancellations, returns, or modifications may be limited (see Refund Policy).

4. Pricing & Payments

4.1 Prices

All prices displayed on FoldWindows.com are in USD unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

  • PayPal

  • Bank/ACH (if arranged)

4.3 Payment Authorization

By completing your purchase, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the full order amount, including:

  • Product total

  • Shipping

  • Taxes

  • Upgrades or additional services (if selected)

5. Orders & Lead Times

5.1 Order Acceptance

An order is considered accepted only after payment is received and we send written order confirmation.

5.2 Production Time

Production times vary by product and customization level.
Estimated lead times may change due to:

  • Factory schedule

  • Shipping carrier conditions

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Shipping Methods

6.2 Delivery Responsibility

Once a shipment is picked up by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer according to U.S. freight law (FOB shipping point), unless otherwise agreed.

6.3 Damage on Delivery

Customers must inspect all items immediately upon delivery.
Any visible damage must be:

  • Noted on the delivery receipt

  • Reported to us within 24 hours

Failure to document damage may void shipping insurance coverage.

7. Warranties

FoldWindows INC products include a manufacturer warranty as described in the Warranty Policy.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation

  • Misuse or negligence

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Environmental damage beyond certification level

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because our products are primarily custom manufactured, the following applies:

  • Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins

  • Cancellations may incur production or material fees

  • Incorrect sizes provided by the customer are not eligible for refund

  • Returns are only accepted if authorized by FoldWindows INC

9. Intellectual Property

All content on FoldWindows.com — including logos, images, designs, descriptions, and documents — is the property of FoldWindows INC.

You may not:

  • Reproduce

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, FoldWindows INC is not liable for:

  • Installation errors by contractors

  • Structural issues caused by improper handling

  • Shipping delays or carrier errors

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits or business interruption

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
